We know privacy policies are usually unreadable. This one isn't. Here's what you need to know: we collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.

This policy covers how Less Media Ltd ("we", "us") handles data collected through textaiva.com and the Aiva service.

When you join the waitlist or use Aiva, we collect:

• Email address — to contact you about your waitlist spot and Aiva updates
• Phone number (optional) — this is how Aiva reaches you via iMessage
• Conversation data — messages you send to Aiva, used only to generate responses and build your personal memory
• Usage data — basic analytics like which features you use, to improve the product

We do not collect payment data directly — that's handled by our payment processor.

• To operate and improve the Aiva service
• To contact you about your waitlist position or account
• To personalise Aiva's responses using your conversation history and preferences
• To send product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Ever.

Aiva uses the Claude API (Anthropic) to generate responses. Your messages are processed by Anthropic's systems to produce replies. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing.

Your conversation history is stored securely by us and used only to power Aiva's memory — so she gets smarter about you over time. This data is never used to train AI models.

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Data portability — export your data in a readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@textaiva.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymised usage data may be retained for product analytics.

textaiva.com uses minimal cookies — only what's needed to keep the site working. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
